Solidarity
May 8, 2016 Series: Philippians: On Mission For Christ, Together
Scripture: Philippians 1:27–30
Too often we fall into the mindset that Christianity is a private matter just between “Jesus and me.” However, in contrast to that mistaken notion, the reality is that the Christian life is a group effort. In this passage, we are reminded that living as citizens of heaven in a manner worthy of the Gospel requires commitment to each other in the church. In the church there are no unimportant or insignificant people; we need each other. Join us as we learn what it means for us to have solidarity in Christ.
